Application Process

We are so glad you are interested in serving with us.

Anyone thinking about going on a mission trip with us should fill out the online application. If we do not have an application, we do not know that you are interested.

The sooner we receive applications, the sooner we can make finalized plans and inform you of more details.

All applications for the summer will be due by January 1. No exceptions. If you have not filled out an application by this date, you will not be able to go with us.

A decision must be made and a deposit is required February 1. If your deposit is not received by this date, you will not go on the trip.

All money for your trip must be paid in full by March 20. No exceptions.

 

Additional information

There is a possibility of signing up late, however, if we are unable to secure you a ticket to travel with the group, you cannot go; you are not allowed to travel apart from your group.

Also, all additional costs incurred because of late tickets will be yours to pay. Any additional costs incurred because of missed flights or changed flights are at the cost of the participant.
